You will provide individual, family, and/or group therapy, and create and supervise an interdisciplinary rehabilitation plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient and family/caregiver needs and develop a plan to meet those needs.
  • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to patients.
  • Create and supervise an interdisciplinary rehabilitation plan.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance at the assigned job location.
  • Strong group skills and knowledge of cognitive behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy theories, principles, and practices.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, effective teaching skills, and knowledge of community resources and how to access them.
  • Able to integrate care from a variety of sources to meet patient's needs and work flexible schedules.

Requirements:
  • Meets the criteria for practicing as a Qualified Mental Health Professional in the state of Oregon.
  • Ability to read, write legibly, and converse effectively in the English language.
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Safe class or organization-approved workplace violence training or obtain within 6 months of hire.
