Position Overview: TITLE Boxing Club is seeking a dedicated part-time retail and membership sales professional. We are in search of an enthusiastic, intelligent, and fitness-oriented individual to enhance our growing sales team. Flexibility in scheduling is advantageous, and a vibrant personality coupled with a passion for fitness is essential.
Role Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell memberships, retail products, and personal training services.
- Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and return missed calls.
- Initiate outbound communications to schedule potential members for introductory classes.
- Conduct follow-ups with current members to ensure satisfaction through various communication channels.
- Maintain adequate stock levels within the club.
- Organize and present merchandise displays effectively.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility during shifts.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed.
- Adhere to the dress code established by TITLE Boxing Club during shifts.
- Participate in classes at least once a month.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing and positive demeanor.
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Genuine enthusiasm for group fitness.
- Proven customer service expertise.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Experience:
- Direct Sales: 1 year
- Fitness Sales: 1 year
- Customer Service: 2 years
Education:
- Associate degree or some college experience is preferred.
