Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Career Consultant/Recruiter to join our team. As a Career Consultant, you will be responsible for owning the full recruiting lifecycle, including meeting with hiring managers, sourcing qualified STEM professionals, screening potential consultants, and building trusted relationships with our network of engineering and sciences consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
  • Sourcing qualified STEM professionals through various recruiting tools and channels
