Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Marotta Controls. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing professional support to both internal and external customers across all levels. This role will involve handling a variety of activities, with a particular focus on candidate and internal stakeholder experience, recruitment efforts, ATS system administration, and scheduling and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the overall TA function
  • Support the candidate experience from inception to onboarding
  • Support Applicant Tracking System administration throughout the process
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to assist and coordinate recruitment events
  • Schedule and track interviews with all levels of stakeholders
  • Document and maintain applicant records and status of engagements in the ATS
  • Perform administrative functions and special projects as assigned
  • Ensure compliance to policies, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years related experience managing related Talent Acquisition functions or HR Generalist functions
  • Experience with various HR systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, etc.
  • Intermediate-level PC skills to include Outlook, Microsoft Office, web-hosted/online meeting platforms
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees within the organization
  • Strong organizational skills, highly accurate and detail-oriented
  • Ability to use sound judgment in the handling of confidential material and information
  • Ability to be proactive, take initiative, and complete projects on-time
  • Ability to handle changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • People person, positive attitude
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Must be a US Citizen
