About the RoleWe're seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for our Platform & Data products. As a key member of our team, you'll orchestrate the launch of our unified data architecture and business platform, leveraging market intelligence to ensure we build the right products and tell compelling stories that drive sales success.
As a cross-functional leader, you'll work closely with our Product organization, Sales teams, and Marketing machine to develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy. Your expertise will be essential in defining the product roadmap, creating sales pitch decks, and educating our sales teams on products and sales tools.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the end-to-end GTM strategy for Platform & Data products
- Conduct customer research and synthesize insights to inform product development and marketing efforts
- Partner with Product organization to define product roadmap and ensure alignment with sales and marketing objectives
- Create sales pitch decks, collateral, and other materials to support sales success
- Manage product messaging and positioning to drive awareness, attach rate, adoption, and customer retention
- Educate sales teams on products and create sales tools to support their success
- Be the in-house expert on Rippling products, buyers, influencers, competitors, and industry trends
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or technical product marketing
- Proven ability to translate customer and market insights into crisp GTM fundamentals
- Superb cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A creative spark and ability to think outside the box
