Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement standardized work procedures to improve productivity and quality.
  • Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Train and develop production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in manufacturing or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret technical documents.
Work Environment

The Manufacturing Team Leader will work in a standard automotive plant environment with moderate noise levels. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, steel toe shoes, and hearing protection will be required in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial areas.

Language Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.

Computer/Software

Solid working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Outlook is preferred.
