Job Title: HVAC Maintenance SupervisorJob Summary

The HVAC Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Site Manager and is responsible for overseeing the HVAC crew and addressing trouble calls and performing associated maintenance and repair activities on facilities equipment. This role works under minimal supervision and is the primary contact with internal/external suppliers and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Assist in scheduling and planning maintenance on HVAC equipment to support changes in production/facility systems and the installation of new equipment.
  2. Adhere to safety measures while diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating and refrigeration equipment, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
  3. Estimate materials and/or equipment needed to complete work projects for ensuring timely completion of projects.
  4. Inspect equipment and work performed and team with associates to correct any deficiencies in the facility.
  5. Oversee maintenance as assigned for the purpose of maximizing the efficiency of the work force and meeting requirements.
  6. Prepare documentation (e.g., requisitions, purchase orders, etc.) for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information.
  7. Transport various items (e.g., tools, equipment, supplies, etc.) for ensuring the availability of materials required at the job site.
  8. Assist other personnel or departments as necessary for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities.
  9. Coordinate work with outside contractors and production department supervisors to minimize production impact during projects or system repairs.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • Eight (8) or more years in leadership and/or related work experience is required
  • Must possess or be able to obtain OSHA A10 certification, and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization
Compensation Range

$74k-$106k/annual
