We are seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Mechanic - HVAC Specialist to join our team at Molson Coors in Golden, CO. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing HVAC duties, including setup, adjustment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC equipment. You will also contribute to a workplace that prioritizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, including set-up, adjustment, and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with maintenance leads to identify and implement improvements in equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Document all work in CMMS - SAP on a timely basis.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Industrial Journeyman level and/or on-the-job experience in an industrial manufacturing field.
  • Must be experienced in working safely with power up to and including 480 volts.
  • Able to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be proficient in the use of test instruments, hand tools, and blueprints/schematics.
