Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor position at LHH Recruitment Solutions is a key role in our facilities management team. As a seasoned professional with a strong background in HVAC maintenance, you will oversee the daily operations of our heating and cooling systems, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the facilities team to schedule and plan HVAC maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and refrigeration equipment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Estimate materials and equipment needs for projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Inspect equipment and oversee work to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Prepare documentation, including requisitions and purchase orders, to support project management.
  • Transport tools and supplies to job sites as needed, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with outside contractors and production supervisors to minimize operational disruptions and ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance, with a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a focus on technical or vocational training.
  • Minimum of 8 years of leadership or related experience, with a proven track record of success in maintenance or facilities management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read and interpret safety documents, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and email, with the ability to learn new computer applications and adapt to changing technology.

Benefits:

Compensation: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
