Human Resources Coordinator

At Saint Paul's School of Nursing, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee the processing of payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with internal and external controls. Monitor employee compensation and benefits, making adjustments as needed.
  • Employee Communication and Support: Provide excellent customer service to employees, answering questions and resolving issues related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies. Coordinate employee communication for events, benefits enrollment, and recognition programs.
  • HR Operations: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information. Assist with special projects and events, such as training programs and employee recognition ceremonies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of human resources experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
