Job Description

This role is a key member of the Corporate Development team, responsible for supporting strategic acquisitions and divestments. As a Corporate Development Intern, you will work closely with the Corporate Strategy team and Business Unit partners to complete M&A transactions, from inception to post-closing integration. Your responsibilities will include providing analytical support, financial modeling, M&A pipeline development, and research, as well as business diligence and integration planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain M&A pipelines, identifying potential opportunities and conducting due diligence
  • Assist in the creation of financial models and analysis to support M&A transactions
  • Collaborate with internal functional groups and external third-party resources to complete due diligence and QOE
  • Assist in the development of integration plans and project manage the integration process
Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Experience with financial modeling and M&A transactions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
