Job Summary

Murphy Oil Corporation is seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Summer Engineering Interns. As a Summer Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real-life projects, gain hands-on experience, and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in projects related to engineering and operations, working closely with a mentor and a team of professionals
  • Contribute to the development of recommendations for further activities related to engineering and/or operations
  • Interact with other interns and Murphy professionals working on various projects to learn about all aspects of the industry
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Petroleum Engineering
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university program for the duration of the internship
  • Minimum twelve (12) continuous weeks' availability for the internship
  • Candidates for this position must be a U.S. citizen or national, or an alien admitted as permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
