Job Description

This role is a hybrid position with 2-3 days/week out of the Houston, TX office for Summer 2025.

This position will serve as a member of the Corporate Development team, which owns the M&A and Integration process for the entire Company.

The individual will work directly with the Corporate Strategy team and Business Unit partners to complete strategic acquisitions and divestments.

The Corporate Development group owns the M&A process and manages multiple acquisitions at any given time from inception through post-closing integration, working with the Business Unit sponsor and managing multiple functions throughout the organization.

This individual will support all aspects of the M&A lifecycle, including providing analytical analysis, financial modeling, M&A pipeline development and research, business diligence, integration planning/execution, and other general M&A activities.

The individual must have exceptional Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, strong financial modeling skills, be organized, and be capable of handling multiple complex projects simultaneously while coordinating with internal and external resources.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work with the small team on potential M&A activity, developing pipeline criteria, screening opportunities, coordinating diligence efforts with internal and external SMEs, identifying potential synergies, and creating financial models.
  2. Assist the team in leading and managing due diligence & QOE, working collaboratively with internal functional groups and external third-party resources.
  3. Assist the team in creating an integration plan that accomplishes the financial metrics outlined during the pre-acquisition phase.
  4. Assist the team in project managing the integration plan, tracking progress made on key metrics, ensuring the capture of synergies, and helping to facilitate any organization changes required.
Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher is required. Pursuing an MBA is preferred.

Experience with financial modeling is required.

Ability to handle multiple complex projects with internal and external stakeholders is preferred.
