Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Total Comfort Solutions. As a key member of our People and Transformation department, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and selecting top talent for open positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring teams to identify and recruit top candidates
- Manage pre-employment processes, including offer letters, paperwork, background checks, and drug screens
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
- Manage applicant data in applicant tracking systems
- Support Senior Talent Coordinator in sourcing non-technician positions and attending job fairs as needed
Requirements:
- Two-year degree in Human Resource or Business-related field required; 4-year degree preferred
- Experience with successfully recruiting and onboarding
- Experience managing an Applicant Tracking System
- Proven skills in organizing and tracking prospects
- Proficient scheduling and calendaring in Outlook
