Land Acquisition Specialist

As a Land Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a critical role in negotiating property rights and researching entities to determine ownership. You'll establish and maintain working relationships with peers, follow best practices, rules, regulations, and laws related to land functions, and adhere to excellent documentation standards for supporting land functions.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate for property rights with minimal supervision
- Research entities to determine ownership

Qualifications
- Associates Degree or 5 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in real estate transactions
- Knowledge of utility distribution and transmission construction and operation
- Strong negotiation skills
