Position Overview:

As a Sales Consultant, your primary objective will be to assist Management in fostering a sales-oriented culture that emphasizes customer satisfaction and product excellence, ensuring remarkable customer interactions while maximizing profitability in alignment with our core values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed company sales objectives through effective selling strategies and providing tailored product knowledge to customers.
  • Stay updated on current sales promotions, adhere to pricing standards, and maintain visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Handle merchandise responsibly, minimize loss, and execute tasks as directed by Management, including participation in visual merchandising efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by embodying and promoting our core principles, resolving customer inquiries promptly, and ensuring smooth operations at the point of sale.
  • Foster customer loyalty by enrolling clients in reward programs, maintaining ongoing communication, and staying informed about product offerings.
  • Assist with store replenishment, support visual directives, and contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the boutique.
  • Collaborate with team members, seek opportunities for growth, and demonstrate a proactive problem-solving approach.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and utilize company-provided technology effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and Management.
  • Regular attendance is essential, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for a significant portion of the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. and frequent climbing may be necessary.
