**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Florence, SC. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling high volumes of calls, and driving business growth.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls and provide timely resolutions
  • Generate advanced leads and identify opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives

**Requirements:**

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with DRN systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

**Salary:** $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
