Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead our sales efforts and develop relationships with existing and new clients. As a Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for learning our process, developing a deep understanding of our systems and processes, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service and Acquisition: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and research potential clients to expand our customer base.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor a small team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and develop their skills.
  • Training and Onboarding: Train and develop new team members on our systems, processes, and best practices to ensure a smooth transition and high levels of productivity.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide daily reports on sales activity and team performance using our Salesforce-based CRM system.
  • Recruitment and Leadership Development: Focus on recruiting, training, and developing the skills of our sales team to ensure they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.

Requirements

  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Leadership and Supervisory Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and support.
  • Passion for Sales and Client Development: Strong desire to develop relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of CRM Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements

  • Driver's License and Ability to Work in the U.S.: Must have a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Clean Background and Reliable Transportation: Must have a clean background and reliable transportation to travel to client meetings and other work-related activities.
