Key Responsibilities- Provide technical guidance and oversight to laboratory staff
- Ensure compliance with laboratory accrediting agency and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement quality control and assurance procedures
- Monitor and improve laboratory operations and financial performance
- Assist with personnel oversight and training
- Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or related field
- Two years' experience in non-waived testing in the designated specialty/sub-specialty area
- MLS certification preferred
