Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef Manager to join our team at Elior Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing catering teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage catering teams to deliver exceptional service and quality
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence
  • Ensure ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison
  • Maintain and control food stocks within budget
  • Create a platform for financial growth through cost control and culinary excellence
  • Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of successfully managing a team
  • Genuine interest in customer service excellence
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Proactive and hands-on approach
  • Catering experience essential with chef skills
  • Contract catering is desirable
