Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef Manager to join our team at Elior Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing catering teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage catering teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison.
  • Maintain, order, and control food stocks within budget.
  • Create a platform for financial growth through cost control and culinary excellence.
  • Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of successfully managing a team.
  • Genuine interest in customer service excellence.
  • Proven leadership ability.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Catering experience essential with chef skills.
  • Contract catering is desirable.
