Job Summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Teller and Customer Service Specialist to join our Retail Branch organization. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, accurately perform high-volume customer banking transactions, and develop banking product referral opportunities through strong customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial well-being and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
  • Process a variety of customer interactions, educating customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
  • Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree, high school diploma, GED, or any significant experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Prior experience is not required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
