KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performance Management:

  • Manage payroll and inventory budgets efficiently.
  • Supervise daily operational tasks including scheduling, inventory audits, and merchandise flow.
  • Ensure financial compliance with company policies regarding cash handling and transactions.
  • Conduct training sessions to reinforce loss prevention measures and operational procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management processes to maintain optimal stock levels.

  • Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
  • Provide coaching to enhance the management team's business acumen.
  • Facilitate product knowledge training for the sales team.
