Role: Spa and Boutique Operations Manager
The ideal candidate thrives in a luxury setting where client satisfaction is paramount. As the Spa and Boutique Operations Manager, you will engage directly with clients to address concerns and ensure a superior experience with our spa services and staff. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, and possess strong leadership capabilities. You will oversee all facets of spa operations and report directly to the Retail Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, supervision, and growth of spa operations and personnel.
  • Engage with clients, sharing brand and product insights.
  • Conduct interviews, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations for all staff; ensure compliance with payroll procedures.
  • Review guest feedback and implement necessary adjustments while upholding brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Director to establish policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate regular staff meetings to communicate spa policies, changes, and strategies for improving sales and client satisfaction.
  • Provide clear guidance and support to staff, fostering a positive and effective work environment.
  • Ensure a safe and hazard-free workplace for all employees and clients, promoting safety awareness consistently.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Flexibility in scheduling; availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to cultivate a motivating and positive workplace culture.
  • Strong social awareness and perceptiveness, particularly in a luxury context.
  • Minimum of 5 years in customer service roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supervisory or team management positions.
  • 2+ years of experience in the beauty industry, specifically in skincare.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
