Role: Spa and Boutique Operations Manager
The ideal candidate thrives in a luxury environment where client satisfaction is paramount. The Spa and Boutique Operations Manager will engage directly with clients to address concerns and ensure a superior experience with spa services and staff. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and inspiring leadership abilities. The manager will oversee all facets of spa operations and report to the Retail Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, supervision, and growth of spa operations and personnel.
  • Engage with clients, sharing in-depth brand and product knowledge.
  • Conduct interviews, training, scheduling, performance monitoring, and payroll management for all staff, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Review guest feedback and implement necessary adjustments while maintaining brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Director to create policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate regular staff meetings to communicate spa policies, sales strategies, and enhance client experiences.
  • Provide clear guidance to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure a safe and hazard-free environment for all staff and clients, promoting safety awareness consistently.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to cultivate a motivating and positive workplace culture.
  • Strong social awareness and situational understanding, particularly in a luxury setting.
  • Minimum of 5 years in customer service roles.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory or team management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in the beauty industry, especially in skincare.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
