Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Brand Manager in tracking and executing go-to-market milestones for current product and brand campaigns.
  • Work with Marketing Operations to ensure timely delivery of assets and information related to external media partners.
  • Facilitate communication with third-party marketing vendors and ensure timely and comprehensive communication.
  • Assist the Brand Manager in administrative support for external brand partners and ambassadors.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to concept, produce, and implement sales materials for new products.
  • Work with the Digital/eCommerce team to ensure up-to-date imagery, descriptions, and pricing are reflected on our website.
  • Facilitate strong interdepartmental collaboration and alignment with the broader Marketing team.
  • Track and measure marketing initiative performance against corporate goals.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a related field.
  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Adept at handling multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
  • Ability to open file cabinets, reach, bend, and twist.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.
