- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance position, with a strong preference for experience in the finance sector.
- Proven track record in financial management, strategic planning, and asset depreciation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and manage effectively at all organizational levels and with remote staff.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking, with sound judgment and decision-making based on accurate analyses.
- High integrity and reliability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in financial management software and applications.
- Knowledgeable in federal and state financial regulations, as well as GAAP.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and experience managing relationships with investors and partners.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a commitment to driving and achieving results.
