At Soliant, we're seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Woodside, Massachusetts. As a key member of our educational services division, you'll provide essential speech and language support to students with communication disorders.

About the Role

We require a dedicated Speech Therapist with at least 1+ year's experience in speech therapy to fill this full-time position. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Massachusetts state SLP License, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Job Summary

This role involves conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders, developing tailored treatment plans based on these findings, and delivering high-quality speech and language therapy sessions to students in both individual and group settings. You'll also collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess students' communication abilities to identify areas requiring intervention.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Deliver effective speech and language therapy sessions in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to promote student success.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
  • Provide regular progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
What We Offer

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of approximately $$82,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits including liability insurance coverage, health, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
