Speech Language Pathologist Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and licensed Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in a school district near Bellingham, Massachusetts. As an SLPA, you will work alongside a speech-language pathologist to provide services for students ranging from grades K-12.

The ideal candidate will have a BA in Speech Communications or AAS degree from a reputable SLPA program, be certified as an SLPA, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for providing direct and indirect services in accordance with a student's IEP, working closely with staff, students, and parents in high-stress situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a speech-language pathologist to provide speech therapy services for students
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the needs of students with communication disorders
  • Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents to ensure successful implementation of IEP goals
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve educational objectives
