Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our esteemed team in Woodside, Massachusetts. As a valued member, you will provide high-quality speech and language services to students with communication disorders. Your expertise will be instrumental in evaluating and diagnosing these conditions, developing tailored treatment plans, and implementing effective therapy strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess students' communication needs
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver speech and language therapy sessions in both one-on-one and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attend meetings to discuss student progress and share insights
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A valid Massachusetts state SLP License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
