Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Elevate Energy Partners. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and cultivating long-term relationships with our clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized and professional service to customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our clients' products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Junior Customer Service Representatives to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service to continuously improve customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
