About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Specialist to join our team at CARSTAR. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete vehicle teardowns to assess damage and provide accurate estimates
  • Identify and repair all required damage to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time
  • Follow estimates for all operations listed
  • Store parts on shelves or cover them to prevent damage
  • Repair damaged body panels using industry-standard techniques
  • Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools
  • File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces to a high standard
  • Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, including washing cars and cleaning the shop
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have effective communication skills
  • Be able to understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
  • Be able to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Provide world-class customer service to internal and external customers
  • Maintain a well-groomed appearance
