Branch Account Manager

Loomis Armored US, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Branch Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of accounts, including Banking, ATM, and Retail customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retention and growth of the assigned book of business.
- Manage the daily requests of our clients with timely responses.
- Act as the liaison between the clients and Loomis branches.
- Plan, schedule, and participate in client reviews.
- Proactively meet and consult with clients to ensure superior service levels are met.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Respond to RFPs and other new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Plan, implement, and support rate increase initiatives.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business management and administration.
- Minimum 5 years of sales and account management experience.
- Working knowledge and understanding of Loomis systems.
- A clear understanding of branch operations.
- P&L experience is a plus.
- Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft operating systems.
- Ability to travel within the designated territory, up to 50% and/or as needed for client meetings.
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
