En tant que Chef de Cuisine Junior, vous serez sous la supervision directe du Chef de Cuisine. Vous serez responsable de la préparation des plats en suivant les directives et les recettes établies par votre supérieur. Votre rôle est essentiel pour garantir la qualité des produits et le respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité.
Responsabilités Principales
- Suivre les normes de sécurité et de propreté de Marriott pour votre département.
- Préparer les plats selon les instructions de préparation et les fiches techniques.
- Assurer la qualité et la fraîcheur des ingrédients utilisés.
- Effectuer diverses tâches en cuisine, telles que la préparation de viandes, la cuisson de fonds de tarte, et la découpe de légumes.
- Participer aux tâches de plonge si nécessaire.
- Accomplir toute mission ponctuelle demandée par la direction.
Profil Recherché
Vous êtes titulaire d'un CAP cuisine, d'un BEP hôtellerie-restauration ou d'un diplôme équivalent. Une première expérience réussie en cuisine classique dans le secteur hôtelier est souhaitée.
Nous recherchons une personne disponible, ponctuelle, avec un sens aigu de la discipline et un excellent relationnel. Vous devez être capable de travailler en équipe et de gérer le stress efficacement. Une attention particulière aux détails et une bonne organisation sont indispensables.
