The Role: Head of Product Marketing
As the Head of Product Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping Frontera Health's market presence and driving product adoption. This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic visionary who thrives in ambiguity and can build a product marketing function from the ground up.
You will be responsible for defining and executing product marketing strategy, conducting market research and competitive analysis, crafting compelling product positioning, building and executing go-to-market plans, collaborating cross-functionally, measuring and optimizing, and building and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive product marketing roadmap aligned with Frontera Health's overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, understand customer needs, and assess the competitive landscape in the early intervention and developmental disorders space.
- Craft compelling product positioning that resonates with target audiences, including parents, caregivers, healthcare providers, and payers.
- Build and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and expansions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, clinical teams, and marketing to ensure alignment and achieve product goals.
- Measure and optimize product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions.
- Build and lead a high-performing team to support the company's growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in building and scaling product marketing functions from the ground up.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, with a preference for experience in pediatrics, early intervention, or behavioral health.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
- Consumer and marketplace experience is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to effectively convey complex information to various audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
