Position Overview

Dexis is in the process of expanding its candidate pool for qualified Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AM&E) Analysts. These professionals will be instrumental in the design, coordination, execution, and reporting of Security Cooperation analyses. They will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that initiatives remain aligned with the latest AM&E methodologies, tools, and approaches in specific subject areas. This position is remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the leadership team in identifying priorities and devising solutions to challenges.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments of security cooperation initiatives.
  • Support the creation of indicators and metrics for evaluating security cooperation programs.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables for senior leadership review.
  • Contribute to the design and development of visual graphics that effectively communicate key information.
  • Help develop and maintain project processes and plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in AM&E, including the ability to analyze and summarize diverse information clearly, develop data collection methodologies, create organizational work plans aligned with higher-level objectives, and support staff across various levels of expertise.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with mid and high-level partners, government entities, and local communities.
  • Knowledge of government agency regulations and procedures related to controlled unclassified information and foreign disclosure.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
  • At least six (6) years of AM&E or capability-based assessment experience in relevant subject areas such as counterterrorism, maritime security, military intelligence, and humanitarian assistance.
  • Possession of a DoD Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of experience and knowledge in public policy and operations.
  • Five (5) years of experience in planning, designing, and implementing AM&E programs in the security sector for national organizations, NGOs, IGOs, or private industry.
  • Master's degree or higher, with formal training in assessment, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • One to three (1-3) years of experience in overseeing policy guidance for Security Cooperation activities.
