Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in T&E, with experience in planning, executing, and assessing complex efforts. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide high-level vision and guidance to the team.

Responsibilities of the Test and Evaluation Analyst:

  • Plan, execute, and assess complex efforts, providing high-level vision and leadership.
  • Provide guidance on functional procedures, processes, and policies, reflecting detailed knowledge of functional areas.
  • Lead in-depth research and analysis in support of complex efforts.

Requirements for the Test and Evaluation Analyst:

  • Master's degree and 15 years of experience, or 20 years of relevant experience.
  • Completion of T&E Level II training for DHS or DoD.
  • Ability to pass a government background investigation.
  • U.S. citizenship.
