Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize the profitability of the Luau Show and venue.
  • Oversee the operations of the Luau Show and venue, including scheduling, staffing, and financial management.
  • Lead a team of managers and hourly associates to achieve exceptional customer service and satisfaction ratings.
  • Manage the Luau Show production, including creative direction, logistics, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and implement successful marketing strategies to promote the Luau Show and venue.
  • Manage the budget and financial performance of the Luau Show and venue.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in hospitality operations, business development, and team management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and company-approved POS systems.
What We Offer:

Highgate Hotels offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
