The Role
We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Labor and Delivery. As a Pool Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner
- Utilize evidence-based practice standards of quality, safety, and service
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
- 6 months-1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
- BLS/ACLS/NRP certification
