Position Overview

We are seeking a Dissemination Cell Analyst to join our team at DIA HQ. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in preparing and processing foreign disclosure requests, reviewing products for release, and maintaining record archives of disclosure requests and adjudications.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process foreign disclosure requests in accordance with established procedures.
  • Review various products for release, ensuring all sources have been identified and appropriate security classification markings are applied.
  • Verify sources against product content to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain record archives of disclosure requests and adjudications, and respond to requests for data.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience with research and analysis.
  • 8+ years working in intelligence or a related field.
  • Experience working in the DoD.
  • Experience engaging with senior government and military officials.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the Intelligence Community.
  • Experience downgrading classified materials.
  • Knowledge of the EUCOM AOR.
  • 4+ years of experience with all-source analysis production.
  • Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization.
  • Knowledge of the intelligence cycle.
  • Ability to demonstrate a willingness to learn.
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing.
  • Active TS/SCI w/ CI poly.
