Advantage SCI is seeking a highly skilled Analytical Analyst to support a federal agency personnel security program.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement data analysis techniques to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of administrative and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and disseminate reports, briefings, and other products to support decision-making.
Requirements
  • Current TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study or an Associate's degree with 6 years of progressive program management/analytics experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in data analytics.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, Access, and data analytic software such as MS Excel, Python, Tableau, MySQL, and SAS.
Working Conditions
  • Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods.
  • Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach.
  • Able to sit, stand, walk, and run.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
