Responsibilities

  • Manage the healthcare operations of the community, including supervising licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, and caregivers.
  • Ensure consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts.
  • Assist in the supervision of community-based licensed nursing staff and provide training and education to caregivers.
  • Oversee and manage the continuity and consistency of medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision and/or administration.
  • Share on-call duties as required.

Requirements

  • Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • LPN or LVN license.
