Role Overview

The Financial Analyst II will take charge of constructing and maintaining intricate financial models, conducting thorough analyses, pinpointing key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and effectively communicating insights in a clear and concise manner.

The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, an analytical mindset, and a proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders to deliver timely analyses and insights regarding business performance, while guiding teams to fulfill their reporting requirements.

This position demands a self-motivated individual with exceptional business modeling capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.

The candidate should be adept at integrating new methodologies while managing extensive data sets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Network organization's indirect cost of sales, which includes creating quarterly and annual forecasting models, preparing monthly financial report packages for leadership, and proactively addressing inquiries related to forecasts and results.

Implement strategic financial modeling and analysis to drive outcomes and foster collaboration across finance and operations within the Network organization.

Utilize strong financial acumen to convey results and findings to operational leadership, working closely with stakeholders to comprehend financial reporting needs.

Generate monthly headcount and other indirect cost of sales reports for distribution to finance and operations stakeholders, investigating and summarizing key variance drivers.

Assist network leadership with workforce tracking and reconciliation while providing relevant financial metrics to support headcount decision-making.

Examine cost drivers and their effects on essential financial metrics (EBITDA, AFFO, cash yield, etc.)

Education and Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

MBA preferred in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.


Experience and Minimum Requirements

3+ years of relevant professional experience.

Ability to understand, apply, and interpret financial and accounting concepts.

Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

Experience with major ERP accounting systems.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Manager, Finance

Working Conditions:
This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, team members on the hybrid schedule may choose to work from the office or remotely. Collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders is expected for critical interactions, which may necessitate travel.
