Your Role:

As a Public Relations Specialist/Salon Operations Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clientele and support the management of our expanding team of Front Desk Associates. Your responsibilities will include fostering a positive and enjoyable workplace culture, nurturing relationships with local businesses, and driving sales initiatives. You will also oversee company objectives, marketing strategies, event planning, and training our front desk personnel in promoting memberships and retail products.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in employee management
