We are a leading hospitality company committed to providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently, distributing room keys and handling payments in a professional manner
  • Manage online and phone reservations, confirming group bookings and arranging personalized services for VIP customers as needed
  • Inform guests about payment methods, verify credit card details, and register new guests with accurate information
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, assign rooms, and provide information about hotel amenities and services
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests, addressing any issues promptly
  • Upsell additional facilities and services to enhance the guest experience when appropriate

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
