As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients' communications efforts, shaping policy, and influencing thought leaders on pressing issues like cybersecurity, responsible AI use, and safeguarding the upcoming election from foreign influence. Your expertise in media relations, social media, and content development will be instrumental in driving media coverage and issue analysis in the technology, trade, and political sectors.

Responsibilities

* Monitor social media activities and provide insights on competitor and issue-specific conversations
* Craft and customize influencer pitches and social media content
* Develop relationships with media and influencers, and create final internal and external materials
* Monitor and analyze media coverage and social media conversations
* Provide strategic recommendations based on industry knowledge
* Integrate information across teams, clients, and partners for projects
* Contribute ideas and brainstorm on media and influencer strategies

Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or media
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Comfortable with integrated communication principles
* Understanding of media roles and digital communication
* High level of initiative and a client-oriented mindset
* Experience working globally or with colleagues in multiple locations

Salary Range

$52,000-$57,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

WE Communications offers a competitive salary range of $52,000-$57,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and location. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, generous time off, a 401(k) plan with company match, and paid parental leave.
