Position Overview
Are you driven and take pride in your contributions? At Aramark, we value the level of service and safety we provide. As a Facility Maintenance Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness of kitchenware, equipment, and the environments we operate in.

Key Responsibilities
The essential functions and responsibilities of this position may vary based on client requirements and business needs. Your main duties will include:

  • Guaranteeing guest satisfaction by ensuring all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Maintaining the dishwashing area, including the three-compartment sink and surrounding areas, in a clean and organized manner.
  • Ensuring all equipment is clean and in proper working order; reporting any malfunctions to management.
  • Performing light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
  • Exhibiting excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, clients, and coworkers.
  • Adhering to Aramark's safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Safeguarding company assets.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A basic understanding of sanitation procedures.
  • The ability to follow safety protocols due to potential exposure to hazardous materials.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Effective communication skills with supervisors, coworkers, and guests.

Physical Demands
This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Additionally, uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
