Job Summary

Best Employment SoluTions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asset Triage Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Triage Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective processing of assets through our triage area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve daily goals and objectives.
  • Operate handheld and PC devices to manage asset inventory and track production schedules.
  • Review daily production schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Move assets into the triage area using a pallet jack and scan them into our inventory system.
  • Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to determine the course of action or pre-work repair required for each asset.
  • Check cooling performance using data loggers and determine the asset path based on the work needed.
  • Identify all parts required for the Finish Line and place assets in the staging area once assessments and pre-work are completed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the day.
Requirements
  • Follow all prescribed safety and security measures to protect associates and company assets.
  • Minimum age 18 years old.
  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with safety policies.
  • Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within company guidelines.
  • Ability to utilize all company-provided resources and technology.
  • High school diploma or general education degree or a suitable combination of education and experience.
  • Basic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools.
  • Effective quality management and technical skills needed.
Physical Demands
  • Repeated sitting, standing on cement floors, walking, pushing/pulling, lifting, carrying up to 35 lbs.
  • Continuous bending, kneeling, squatting, grasping, reaching, fine manipulation, and exposure to chemicals and noise.
