  • Rout drivers for scheduled home time and assist in securing equipment at authorized locations.
  • Motivate drivers to hit KPIs such as utilization, service, safety, retention, and optimization.
  • Counsel drivers who violate safety standards or are out of compliance with DOT regulations.
  • Communicate service disruptions to internal associates.
  • Provide real-time data to system(s) of record for load assignments, planning, tracking, and tracing.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills in a Windows environment, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Highly organized and communicative with strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of making rational decisions in routine and emergency situations.
  • Able to handle high volumes of inbound email, phone calls, and satellite communications.
  • Strong leadership skills, taking initiative and capable of both autonomous and team environments.
  • Keen analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of time/distance geography preferred.
