We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Peregrine Senior Living at Colonie.
Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with regulations regarding residents' rights and provide exceptional care to our senior population.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care as needed.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Dispense medication in accordance with physician orders and maintain accurate records.
- Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing.
- Minimum of one year of experience working as a nurse serving a senior population.
- Compassion for and desire to work with elderly individuals.
